The owner of a thoroughbred racehorse is one of the fundamentals in the sport. There are multiple ways of owning a thoroughbred. You can either own it yourself, or own it in chares with others. It is up to you what you prefer!
Why should Ricardo train your horse?
Ricardo is known as a hard worker and puts a lot of time in each individual to give each horse the best opportunity to show their full potential when it is time to compete. Since Ricardo himself is riding in training everyday he has, in complement to the other good work riders opinions, the possibility to feel hos the horses feels. The previous experiences from riding races is beneficial when it comes to give the jockey riding instructions on the raceday.
The communication with the horse owner is important for Ricardo where he prefers to give them a call ongoing to give updates about the daily training as well as about racing plans. Beyond this we meet several of our owners every week, mostly in Saturdays, to have “fika” and to watch the horses train. The horse owners are of course welcome to see their horses the day that suits them best!
So, why us? We individually adapt training and feed to each horse to meet their special needs. In order for the horses to be able to perform at their top, they regularly receive massage, electromagnetic impulses therapy and treatments from an equine physiotherapist. In addition, our horse owners get invited to a highly appreciated horse owner meeting with a yearly barbecue.
So, how does it work?
Maybe you already own a horse? Or, you want to buy a horse yourself or together with a group of friends? Or, you would like to buy a share in a horse and want to find other like-minded people with the same interest as you? The alternatives are many both regarding ownership constellations and horses. However, what is common to all options is that the goal is to succeed on the race track together with other like-minded peoples around there fantastic animals!
